BAakers box is collecting spoons, but will not open. Just an icon with a red exclamation. How does this work?

I am sorry to hear that your App is crashing! Can you please try the steps provided in this link and see if it helps โ> Is your game crashing on an Android device?
Do not go with the "reinstall" step! As it will remove all of your saved boosters and also the spoons you have earned in your Baker's box.
Forgot to ask, can you post a screenshot of your Baker's box?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingโฆ
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
