I can play offline on mobile and desktop but when I go online game crashes after level selection. Progress won't save/update while offline and can't play through FB offline.
Any ideas why this might be and how to fix it?

I reinstalled on phone and that worked.

Thanks @margyparr . I can fiinally play on Firefox 🤗 inconvenient that I can only play on the laptop at home, but it's better than nothing..only offline on phone, so can't progress there 🤷 my.neighbour plays fine. I'm sure if it affected everyone they would have fixed it by now £ 😉

I need one clarification please! When you said game crashes after selecting a level - do you see a "Grey" screen, because of which, you cannot click on anything?
@margyparr thanks. I may give it one last try. It stopped on Chrome..and then on Edge. It's worked for years, why suddenly it's not working and no fix for it? Makes no sense..and they seem to not care either . As usual

It works on Firefox browser, but not on chrome.
I'm 9 days now. Can only play offline. King won't help and no fix seems to.be coming. After 10 years, I'm done!

This is what I'm getting on facebook for over a week now.
The game only crashes when I try to play online.
On other facebook accounts the game works fine on the same browser (Chrome)
I'm guessing it's something to do with my account but game support hasn't replied to me.
So regardless of which platform you are playing, mobile when online or Facebook browser, the game crashes?
Have you by any chance tried reinstalling the game app on your mobile device or tried a different browser when playing on Facebook?
You will lose your saved boosters and lives if you reinstall the game app but it should take care of whatever bug that is not letting you play while online.
Facebook on laptop, App on laptop, App on andriod, all the latest versions uodated.
I can play OFFLINE on all but FB (obviously), they only Crash when ONLINE.

Can't I use my Yahoo email to receive verification email for Candy Crush? The link has expired and it says I should request a new verification email via my King account in the game. (Candy Crush) I have tried to but have not received a new verification email to my Yahoo email.

Still waiting for candy royal competition. This is day 5 whitout getting it. Can you developers do something about this. Im only at level 1300 ish and my old account i got it daily now I get it once a week. And it make it hard to advance whit no goldbars. So please do something to fix it.
