@TamTami I had this issue last year and the year before. You should tag @QueenB with your game ID and ask her to contact King studio to help you.
I still haven't received my gold bars, I also won the episode race and didn't get my 40! It's so annoying as there's only my word for it.. I don't understand why it can't just be credited? Surely this is a digital game.. the bars aren't physical gold.
Hey there! I understand it's not the ideal situation, but we were told by King to inform players that the Gold Bars would be sent out and for players to wait. Seeing as you've received the Gold Bars in January automatically, you should also be receiving them this month. I ask you to please wait a while longer, if within a week you still haven't received them, do feel free to reach out to me again here in this post, or reach our to our player support team via ticket once again.

Thanks but I was supposed to receive them the first week of the month.. if I wait til the end I'll have the same issue next month.. is there nothing you can do now?
