Hey there. The 100 Gold Bars for all the winners of the Winter Cup were sent out on Monday the 3rd of Feb. If you haven't received yours yet, please reach out to our player support team explaining the issue in detail so they can investigate:

I have now checked your account and can see that you've received the 100 Gold Bars for January on 2025-01-07 20:07:44 UTC, but haven't received the ones for February yet. Thanks but I was supposed to receive them the first week of the month.. if I wait til the end I'll have the same issue next month.. is there nothing you can do now?

Hey there! I understand it's not the ideal situation, but we were told by King to inform players that the Gold Bars would be sent out and for players to wait. Seeing as you've received the Gold Bars in January automatically, you should also be receiving them this month. I ask you to please wait a while longer, if within a week you still haven't received them, do feel free to reach out to me again here in this post, or reach our to our player support team via ticket once again.
