Why wont the game allow me to purchase anymore? I had been doing it and all of a sudden it stopped !

May I know whether the transactions stopped midway during your purchase? If yes, please visit this page and see whether it is applicable and useful.
Otherwise, please exit game, check update and update it (make sure your device have sufficient memory/storage to cater for the update), restart device, log back in and see whether you are able to access the shop.
Please also ensure that your payment information has not changed recently and up to date.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
