Can someone restore my game please?

My game has gone back to level 1. I was at well over 3000....

I try to connect to my account (log in), "connectivity issue, please try again later" is the only thing I'm getting

You lost game progress when you tried to save the game?

If this is the case, it will not be possible to restore your original game progress, but it is possible to restore your game progress manually through Player Support.

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
