In this case your only option is manual restoration. Only player support or our community managers can restore any progress manually. So as advised above by kiara wael you need to contact player support.

I have contacted support but none of my king games work any more. Connection error and the password into Facebook is not correct when i don't get the 1st error .Anyone else having this issue? I know all the steps to try and get it to work but they do not help.i downloaded candy crush to my mobike and guess what its notā¦
I went up to level 483 and reinstalled it after deleting it. Now it won't come back with my account. Please help me get back to the same level I was before.
I get the ads and are used to them, no issues. What has kept me off the game currently is that the ads have become rather stealthy. Do I press the hard to find x? When i do, a screen comes up where its confusing on how to get back to your game. Some ads force you to websites but then you can't get back to the game. I hitā¦
