Already had it, nothing special about it; here's a link on that subject.
And adding to that, every booster (including some timed ones) in it can be unlocked (& the winning boosters after every 5 levels can be bypassed) if you're willing to pay GB (&/or money).
It might be around 10 bucks (give or take) to get them all, but no one should fall for that underhanded tactic (unless they're suckers)...

Still looking forward to trying it out. As far as buying your way through, I am a believer that if a booster can be earned by PLAYING levels, that’s the way I’m going to do it! No buying boosters for me if I can get them by playing - isn’t that the point anyway? I’m in the game to crush some candies and pass levels the old fashioned way!

Yep, absolutely; how do you think der Spieler got through it?
That's why it was a good thing when these little guys were around, players could collect 'em up; until this here gaming company (in their infinite wisdom) decided to sack 'em:
The way they've been doing this game recently (such as replacing more popular features with ones that don't provide as much), they don't deserve 1¢; but there are suckers out there who are very willing to oblige 'em, here's a recent example.
To each their own.
BTW (per the pic), the duration of the event is 13 days; so you won't be waiting that long for it to start.
