There was a short outage on Facebook last night that may have caused that the game didn't load. This should be fixed now, but if you still have issues loading the game, please check the page HERE for help.

I just want to say that finally after almost two days game works again on my PC. I didn't do anything so apparently it was fixed by Facebook or CC team. I hope it's fine for other players as well.

I too am having the same issue - orange screen - I deleted it thinking that it might help but I think I lost all my stats :(

@Training_Angel @shernic76 @nutmeg This should be fixed now, so clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you still have issues with the game.
If the game then still won't load, please email our Player Support about this from HERE. Remember to enter the same email address that you use for login on your Facebook account, so they will find your account and to avoid an auto reply.
