Very sorry about that and yes some other players also reported the same about gold rush event. Please try to contact again to them but with different topic and hopefully they will respond. Normally they do respond within 72 hours.

Wow, another event with a big glitch. There have been several reports of players not receiving rewards from this event. Please contact customer support but be patient. They are probably swamped with requests. Once you have a ticket number you need to reply to that email. Good luck and have fun crushing.
@Lady_Boden Hi, Unfortunately the community can not help with missing rewards, we can only point you in the direction of customer support. So you may have to be patient and wait from a reply from customer support

The spinach/bok choy ad doesn't work and keeps crashing. It's very annoying. I'm no longer getting any extra moves, boosters, or levels. The game is unplayable without it. Like so many others, I just keep getting that ad. Please remove this ad so the game becomes playable again. Thanks in advance.
