Something seems to go wrong on level 8009 and a fix is on the way.
I will post on this thread as soon as we have an update on this or an update ready for the level.
Level 8009 is now fixed!
Please close the app and open the game again so it reloads. Level 8009 should then work correctly.

You are right, in this case they all give same answer sometimes you get different answer to same issue and you need to choice which one is the correct.

The purchased boosters which you were deprived of due to the technical fault in the level must be refunded. Please contact player support directly from the settings of your game application and claim for the unused boosters you purchased. By contacting directly will provide player support your purchase history for last 90 days nd hopefully you will get your unused boosters back.

Good luck with that one. I was on approximately 8400 and lost that level completely. Some how I managed to get knocked down to the 5400’s. I am pissed about it. I have asked several places and cannot get an answer. I had no problems until I started earning badges. One of those were the level 8000 badge. I hope your request is granted and that someone helps you. Unfortunately, I have had no luck and I am very disappointed about this issue.

I have lost all six lives twice on this level and never get past the opening stage. There are clearly three Rainbow Rapids to clear which is all that is required yet as I open the level it says 'Oops' Level failed. And it says there is an issue and to contact customer support. Butb last night as I reached it I had an hour and a half's worth of color bombs and striped/wrapped combos which I no longer have now. It seems you're happy enough to take my money to purchase these boosters but the time has now lapsed and I wasn't able to use them. I request all six lives returned to me as well as the boosters that I purchased last night and I was also on the top Bot level (or whatever the equivalent is thesedays). Some additional gold for the hassle would be nice too.

The level has already been reported to the studios but as it is weekend so most probably the fix will arrive on monday.

Well we need some details here. Are you getting "Oops" at the beginning of the game, or after you ran out of moves?
Can you screenshot this issue for us? What device are you playing on?
If at the beginning, then you have a game "Issue" or during the game, the game may have tried a "Reshuffle" once or more, but couldn't do it, if after you ran out of moves, it means you didn't do the required goals, in the 30 moves on this 8009 level.
You have 3 Magic Mixers / Evil Spawners in this level. They keep making "Blockers", have to destroy them, starting with the one in the middle. It takes 5 hits, each hit removes a "Screw or Life" from it. If you do not destroy the "Magic Mixers", the board will fill up with "Blockers", & you will be choked, no longer able to move, even on a "Reshuffle", which is why you get "Oops".
