@DarlenePocs531 Hi and welcome , As explained above the feature is being investigated and hopefully iy will be sorted soon, but at present we have no time frame on a fix for this.

The play button is not working on this now. I have 7 days and shows I still have one more area to go but won't let me play anymore

Hi, I have the same problem too. The play button just freezed and became unresponsive. Finally got to 1 last building yet to upgrade and 5 more days to play. Please dont let my efforts go to waste... Thanks!
