Do you mean that you can't access the shop because the page keep loading? If yes, please disconnect from the internet/wifi in your device, wait for several seconds or more and reconnect back the device to the internet. Wait for all the background images to be loaded properly and click on the shop again and see whether you are able to access.
Alternately, you may reboot your device after logging out from the game and log back in to see if you are able to access the shop.
Please try and let me know the outcome or if you need help with other issues in the game.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

Check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in and this has not solved you shop issue
Please contact customer support from your game so they can look in to your shop issue.
Go to settings - Help center - purchases and gold bars - send them a message
