My Higher Level is not updated. Whenever i restart the game it goes back to lower level
My last level should be 3522
when i restart the game it shows level 66
Every time i've to scroll up to 3xxx level to play and then drop down to Level 66 again
Game is sync or save to FB: FB log in credential is **** (Game ID 6485920683)
Pls help to resolve. Hope to hear from you soon.

It sounds like you need to sync your Facebook and your King account. Here's how:
Go to this page: https://king.com/games
In the top-right corner, click "Log in" (If you are already logged in, it will say "Settings", in which case skip the next two steps)
Log in using your King account username and password
In the top-right corner, click "Settings"
Choose the option "Account", then down at the bottom select "Score and progression sync"
Select "Sync progress" and you will be asked to log in to your Facebook account.
And that's it! Your progress will be synced across both your King and Facebook accounts.
Please note: your progress and Gold Bars will be synced across all accounts and all signed-in devices, but other items like Boosters are stored on your device and are not synced.

According to your screenshot, I can see that there is no star at Level 66, which means you have to play the level again. This is a error in your game and I suggest you follow the troubleshooting steps at the link below.
Following the steps will solve your problem but if such problem comes back again, your game progress will have to be reset manually by our CM.

Your game progress has been corrupted and your game progress needs to be reset by our CM. To find out your game ID and reset game progress, please send a message (Personal Message)to our CM and he will fix your problem.
Don't forget to mention what level you were on and your Email.
