All of my boosters I’ve been collecting for years have disappeared. My extra lives are gone too but that is not as upsetting as the boosters being gone..I am very upset.
Any help would be very appreciated.

@coco427 Hi and welcome, Unfortunately in the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself , so if your game or device crashes or you uninstall or you even change devices your boosters are lost / not transferable unless you had any unused purchased boosters and then you can contact customer support for these.
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

By chance did you reinstall the game?. If thats the case when you install the game you loose the boosters and only remain with the normal six lives you have and the gold. This is because the gold is the one that is usually saved in the servers together with your level progress.

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
