My candy crush game is stuck on this screen and I can't get rid of it. No x anywhere and going back only exits the game. I go back in and it still looks like this. Help.

Yes, this is already being looked into and hopefully fixed soon.
Have you tried force closing/ force stopping the app, then restart the device and open the game again? That should help.
Freddy your suggestion does not work for Android tablets. Hope they fix this soon. Not go to reinstall and lose boosters, since they broke it they should fix it!
I too, am having issues with freezing at the daily treat calendar and am unable to play game or get out of it. Android phone. Have tried all the above stated "fixes":cleared cache, signed out, rebooted, uninstalled(lost all my boosters), reinstalled... Still freezing, still cannot get out, close, or play...any other suggestions??????
@JJVillico you do lose your boosters but you don't go back to level 1.
I'm having this same issue as others. I've tried force stopping the app. It did not help. Nothing changed-still frozen. I cannot continue or play the game at all now. Guess I'll have to give it up. Any time table as to when or if this can be fixed?
Hi @rollicr we dont have a timeline but i am sure it will be soon. Just be patient. This issue is probably a bug with the current update. The only solution that worked with some players was reinstalling the game but i wouldnt recommend that because of loss off boosters. Just hang in their crusher.

🔹 With that in mind, make sure that your Game is updated to its latest version (that way you'll be certain to get the fix upon its release).
