I did everything you write to the community but I can’t connect the game to the Facebook.I m playing the game 10 years please help me

You have already found some helpful tips in the above link which will help you to get back your lost game progress easily. Moreover, if you have already saved the game with Facebook and you have used multiple Facebook accounts on the same device, you may face this problem.It may be that your game is connected to Facebook, but it is another Facebook.
In that case you will find HERE a few steps through which you can get back your game progress.

i download the game ,I select my account and then select connect with fb it seems that it is connected but when I enter the game I don’t see any of my friends and I am in the begging of the game.
