You would need to get your levels manually restored, so you would need to create a new facebook or King game account and then contact customer support to get your levels manually restored

Your game ID has been deactivated since you haven't entered the game in last few years😭However, even if you lose the game progress completely, we have a way to get your game progress back.
That means your game progress can be set manually so connect the game to Facebook and let me know your Game ID
