Why after I connect my game to my facebook account, all my items and gold bars is gone? Already tried to log out and log in, closed all the apps and restart still nothing, tried to contact the support team through the games feature and got the reply and link directly to ask our fellow community (I think this is automatic answer email) because the answer is not relate at all with the issue I report.
Does anyone has any solution for this issue?

did you have your game saved with a king account before trying to connect to a Facebook account and if you did have you tried logging into this to see if you progress is there.
If not you will need customer support
When you contact customer support. use the subtopics purchases and gold bars as some subtopics will lead you straight to the community
