Ability to jump levels by beating a hard level or to choose a booster from a bunch. This would be incentive to beat levels so we can climb higher and make the game more exciting than it already is.

I like your thinking @Tyverbaby83, but the incentive to beat levels already exists as you need to complete one level before you can start another. I like the idea of being able to choose a booster for completing a Nightmarishly Hard level as invariably I have generally used a load of boosters/gold to get through one. The problem with being able to choose a booster as a reward though is that it is another way of asking for more/free boosters, and the subject of asking for more boosters has been prohibited by the Master List of Ideas
On the subject of skipping a level there is already a King article in the Help Center that explains why your idea can't be accepted.

The studio appears to doing some testing with timed boosters. First a large group of people lost the ability to get regular boosters from collecting sugar drops and got timed boosters instead. Now it appears that some people are getting timed boosters for the daily calendar and some said they even get some with the daily…
Collecting Sugar Drops has been an integral part of the game and a much loved feature where players had the opportunity to collect them and earn free rewards every day. It now appears the studio plans to take it away. Please vote here if you want the studio to bring back this ability.

Many Candy Crush Saga players would like to see more opportunities to win the UFO and Party boosters. How about adding them to the Daily Treat Calendar?
