“Levels this week” leader board issue

Firstly, the game progress is corrupted in some cases and in such cases if the player manually reset his game progress then it may happen.
Secondly, the player may be playing the game through the hack app, but there is nothing wrong with the leader board. For example, the player started the game 10 days ago and is completing more or less levels every day.
Day 1 = 1 to 2000 level
Day 2 = 2001 to 3000 level
Day 3 = 3001 to 3500 level
Day 4 = 3501 to 3600 level
Day 5 = 3601 to 4000 level
Day 6 = 4001 to 5000 level
Day 7 = 5001 to 5100 level
Day 8 = 5101 to 5500 level
Day 9 = 5501 to 8000 Level
Day 10 = 8001 to 9500 level
In that case, what will be the leader board?
Day 1 = 1 to 100 level - High Score - 100 / Level this week 100
Day 2 = 101 to 1500 level High Score - 1500 /Level this week 1500
Day 3 = 1501 to 3500 level High Score - 3500 / Level this week 3500
Day 4 = 3501 to 3600 level High Score - 3600 / Level this week 3600
Day 5 = 3601 to 6000 level High Score - 6000/ Level this week 6000
Day 6 = 6001 to 6100 level High Score - 6100/ Level this week 6100
Day 7 = 6100 to 6500 level High Score - 6500/ Level this week 6500
Day 8 = 6501 to 7000 level High Score - 6900/ Level this week 6900
Day 9 = 7001 to 8000 Level High Score - 6900/ Level this week 6500
Day 10 = 8001 to 9500 level High Score - 6900/ Level this week 5500
In other words, it will calculate what you are progressing in the last 7 days, but the high score will never decrease. If you look at its day 8 Leaderboard and day 10 Leaderboard, the total level will not be 12400.
Depending on the player's Rank, the player has played levels because the rank system is not reset or modify from player support, but I do not believe that this progress can be made so quickly with the original app.
Also it is possible that if the player manually reset his game progress from Player Support.

Hello @hechicerilla Like Freddy said I already know that the issue isn't necessarily caused by cheating, but thank you for your information.
Did your glitch only occur once? As you can see from @wsw201009 screenshot the player has a high score of 9726, but it also shows that he has completed 5027 in the current week. Did that happen to you? That is, after the glitch that gave you 5002 levels in a week were your following weeks also wrong?
