I can try to reset your game in our system as well and see if that helps.
First check your Game ID in the game and post it here. Let me also know what level you should be on.
(how to find your Game User IDΒ on mobile devices and the Windows app check hereΒ andΒ on Facebook like this)
Then delete the app on all your devices you play on.
When I've done the reset I'll let you know here and you can reinstall the app.

Hi, I had been trying to connect my King account to Facebook, however this didnβt work after many attempts. Now, whenever there is a race through the levels, if I exit out of the game, it skips through all of the levels and puts me at the end of the race. For the levels it skips, it gives me 1 star for these. Please help me make my game stop skipping levels that I never played, it takes the fun out of it.

@Crazy Cat Lad i am having this same issue. Every time I go into the app it has skipped a whole episode and given me one star on each level in that episode. I should be on level 457 but instead Iβm on 546. My game ID is 1923966907. Can you please reset from your end? Thank you
