Yep, lost my 81 this morning. Unfortunately, the "fix" recommended by support lost my Daily Treat machine progress, lost my 51 extra lives I had stacked up. And here I was going to spend some more really money and buy boosters. Now I don't want to anymore.

The same thing has sadly happened to a lot of players @Louiseflynn. It's my understanding that the studio is investigating the problem.

I was in first place 3 hours before Sams sweet streak ended. This morning, I get this error. I am connected to internet, I did log out of candy crush and then logged back in candy crush using facebook connection. Is this a widespread problem or are the computer gremlins tugging on my last remaining grey hairs I have? 😂
I am not sure what else I can do. Help most appreciated!
