I came in 1st on Sam's streak and never received my prizes. It just looked like it was loading and the next time I entered the game it was gone! what do I need to do to get the prizes I earned?

Same here, the day it ended it showed that I got first place but claimed to have connection issues with a loading spinner. Refreshed, restarted, was logged in fine but didn’t work.
The next day the whole thing was gone without ever giving me the rewards.
I tried to email support, but they refuse to respond and just send me here.

Will we ever get this reward we earned for this game or will we lose it?

I finished 1st in my sams streak last week. And when i logged into to receive my winnings, the section would not load. I tried for days. Then all of a sudden a new sam streak has begun. So is there a way to go back and verify my first place winnings? Thank you

I have won Sam's Sweet Streak three times times, but the connection has never worked to receive the reward. It's currently circling again and was wondering if you could help.

@sparkyjones unfortunately this is an issue that many players currently have, including myself. It's my understanding that there isn't yet a fix but the glitch is being investigated. You can read more about it at the link below:
