It seems as though the Chocolate Box Server Error has been going on for quite some time now! Can we have an update on what is being done to resolve this issue? Many of us have Candy Crush Boosters(Jelly Fish, Coconut Wheels, Striped Candies. Wrapped Candies)that we have been unable to access!
Why donāt you give each player unlimited lives and some special boosters each day until you figure out how to fix this problem? This is only fair to your loyal gamers.
I play candy crush on 4 different devices and all have the same problem. I installed a brand new on a brand new tablet this week and the problem still persists. The fact that it takes more than 3 weeks to fix this is worrying. I've spent money on the game to progress, but I am not getting the rewards from the chocolate box. This is poor service.
