My game still at level 1, my friends can see my user at 151

Already logged with my King account and Facebook account and im still level 1

Tried what i was advise to try and no luck, and havent been able to find on the Help Center the option to ask for a manual restore. Have tried on the webpage and iphone.

Any other suggesition? thanks in advance!
