I have a reward in my chocolate box prevents me from claiming it.
As shown in picturs 1 and 2, when I click on chocolate box to claim my reward I got the error shown in picture 2.

I noticed that it's a well-known problem after posting.

Happened to me also, it kept showing me at the top of my game that I had completed the box, but couldn't claim it, had to start over.
Continue to get a server error on the Chocolate box for the past 2 days. I know there were issues in the past but this issue just restarted on Nov. 4th
Chocolate box is saying server error again! Second time in a month! Fix it!!!

At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. A post on this topic already exists in our community and your post will be attached to that post so I'm closing this post for now.
