Hi there, regarding the chocolate box, there is a current known issue with it that is in progress to being resolved. Hold tight!

As work by Candy Crush continues, they are asking for our patients until this is resolved

This Server error with the Chocolate Box is now fixed, but you will need to download the latest update to get the fix in your game.
If you still have issues after updating the app and restarting the device, please let us know and post also the app version you have installed.

Hi I updated it but I lost all my extra helpers like the lollipops , hand all of them and I didn't get anything from the chocolate box.

I have updated the game and restarted my device, but im still getting the server error when I try to click on.the chocolate box. I have version 1.214.1

I’ve had server error all day, now I’ve just gone on and despite finishing all tasks last night, it said I’ve run out of time and started the chocolate box again so I didn’t get my prizes and extra boosters.

Not fixed for me in fact its now disapeared completely.
