When I want to collect my stuff i get the notice that there is no server connection. Everything works fine only that part. I have fast wifi, restarted the game and the device. Nothing helps

i play on iphone 12. The issue is with the cho
colatebox. When i have done all 4 the assignments and i want to collect i get no server connection and my rewards expire

Hi there, regarding the chocolate box, there is a current known issue with it that is in progress to being resolved. Hold tight!
I play Candy Crush thru Facebook on a laptop and everytime i try access the chocolate box on one of my facebook accounts i get the message server not connecting but my another facebook acount has no problem accessing the chocolate box.
Chocolate box error its been like this since last night I should of earned my extra candy helps twice now.
