    I am still unable to open my chocolate box with the updated version 1.214.0.1 and I have restarted my device

    I'm pretty certain you are only unlocking the pass & still have to play the levels to actually receive the boosters.

    I'm receiving this error with chocolate box and have so for about last month. I even purchases new phone and had to install app on new phone and log back in and still getting error. Ios 15.0.2

    So after the last completed chocolate box disappeared without prizes, a new one came up which worked until the box went silver. Now I have a silver completed box and again the ! Is back with the server error. Seriously needs sorting, or take the box game off the app.

    Completed the golden chocolate box and then got the server error, and could not claim the prize. Very frustrated. Have now updated the game, but found that info too late and the box expired. Now I'm on a new box, but would like to claim the prizes I completed.
