No not an apple- it's a windows desktop computer.

Still getting server message no chocolate box in days. Even candy crush soda is messed up nothing on the screen but you can play

Boosters are synced to the server from Candy Crush Saga's Windows app, and that's why your boosters is secure, even if you reinstall the game app. If you encounter server problem in the chocolate box despite following the above troubleshooting steps, you can try to find the solution by reinstalling the Windows game app.
Your saved boosters will return after logging in to the game but you will lose the saved lives.š
