same here still not working
Any updates? I’ve been unable to play the chocolate box for weeks!
My chocolate server will not connect. It has been over two weeks when will this be fixed
I downloaded the new update the chocolate box still isn't working

Unfortunately 1 month ago the chocolate box didn't work for me either. i tried everything (game reinstalled, updated, exit, login).
Can anyone possibly find a solution? It works for my partner on ios, but not for me on Android.

Well it doesn't work on my computer or my android.. So apparently they haven't fixed it to work on all electronics.. I'm hoping they will...

At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. meanwhile Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
