So.
I logged out of my profile within the game and then clicked on the box of chocolates. disappeared and replaced with a new box challenge waiting to be replenished.
Of course I didn't get the rewards ...
i will see if i get the new box if i get a reward or there will be a server error again.
Tried the re-clicking option and it worked! However lost my progress as “time was up” which is total nonsense as I had completed all four candy tasks before the server error. Disgusted with CandyCrush and their inability to resolve issue timeously. I worked f*€$ing hard for that third box and got heehaw in return. Cannot verbalise my annoyance enough🤬😡🤬😡🤬

At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. meanwhile Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
