Ich habe schon versucht mich an den Support zu wenden aber da gibt es immer nur irgend welche vorgefertigten Standartantworten, das hilft mir nicht das Problem zu beheben. Browswe cashe leeren mache ich sowieso tƤglich, es ist nervig, ich wĆ¼rde so gerne wieder spielen wollen. Ich glaube es war ein Fehler mich in der community anzumelden, denn bis ich dies tat konnte ich ohne Probleme spielen

Iāve been experiencing this issue for a few weeks and I finally managed to fix the issue.
This is what I did to fix the issue. I went to the āEventsā tab and clicked on the Chocolate Box event and as had been happening for the last few weeks, I got the error message saying the Server couldnāt be contacted. I then repeated this straight away (Event, Choc Box, Server Error) and after about 5 or 6 attempts, it finally reset the event.
While this does not absolve the tech team from coming up with a proper fix for this error (Iām sure plenty of players wonāt check here for a fix!), I hope it acts as a workaround for those players who do check here!!

Sorry for the Inconvenience .At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. meanwhile Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
