When I complete a level, it shows that I have finished the task I last chose (before this issue occurred) but I can't choose my next task... š

Have been getting this chocolate box server cannot be contacted message for three weeks now. Playing on an Apple iPod OS 15.1. I have automatic updates for my applications so I should have the most recent version of Candy Crush. Please advise.

Why hasn't this been fixed yet? It's going on about 3 months already! Playing through Facebook, and still getting the same error message!

I have to stop playing until you get this fixed. I am on a nightmarishly hard level that I cannot beat without tools from chocolate box. This has been a hobby since I retired but isnāt fun anymore without being able to beat a level now and then. Ugh!

Ja, mir geht es auch so. Und das bezieht sich nicht nur auf Candy Crush, sondern auch auf Candy Crush Soda ... UND alle anderen Spiele, die auf der Startseite gelistet sind. Habe schon einen separaten Thread mit genau dieser Frage gestartet, allerdings in English.

Sorry for the Inconvenience , No news updated yet .At the moment there are some server related issues with the chocolate box and work is underway to resolve the issue. and Investigated. meanwhile Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
