Hello Susan have you got a level 10,000 banner? If you have you won't get an 11000 banner automatically as the banner isn't updated as you pass each milestone level. The only way you will get an 11,000 banner if you already have a 10,000 banner is if you receive the Milestone Challenge in your feature. If you don't receive the Milestone Challenge then your banner won't get updated to level 11,000.

The Milestone badge in the game can be claimed after completing the Milestone Challenge. The challenge will appear in a pop up in your game after passing the milestone level.
It will also be available under the Events tab for one week. You will need to complete it within that time to get the badge to your avatar. After one week the challenge expires.

How do I get the 3000 banner. I am on level 3010
@Crazy Cat Lad please see above post too and noooo I did not get a milestone challenge under events... this is what my events look like (sorry I couldn't get a single pic showing all so that is why a couple duplicates in my pic) I just won Mon Dec 13 and today is Thur Dec 16 so well within first week 🥺
Thanks for your reply @Crazy Cat Lad but no I did not have a challenge populate after reaching my 1000 milestone goal in my game. Again I have since made sure my candy crush app was up to date, and it is and I even logged in and out but still nothing and never a milestone challenge request 🥺 Today is Thur Dec 16/21 and still nothing when I logged in today. This is ehst my current play board looks like:

Not sure who reads these posts but... I excitedly reached level 1000 Mon Dec 13, 2021 and today is Thur Dec 16 and I still have not received my banner in the game 🥺 how do I get it? I did get my community badge 😊 Any help would be appreciated... Thanks!

Very strange i am a dayly player and i do all challanges candycrush offers and i never see anything like that, guessing i have to wait till i am at lvl 10.000. Thinking about it its very strange i didnt get the complete the challenge for the badge coz as i passed lvl 9000 i remember i got a big bonus and cleared a few episodes. Just to bad candycrush cant help me with anything just pointing a finger at me...

Here is the key to getting that event. -> The challenge will appear in a pop up in your game after passing the milestone level.
I take this to mean: Just as you complete a Milestone level such as level 3000, the feature will then appear and you have a certain amount of time to complete it to get to Milestone Banner over your Avatar
Read again at the top of this page and see what you think

Try this if you are on a mobile device -> Force close all apps and restart your device making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on again.

I have completed the level 3000 but didn't see any milestone challenge in events, should I wait a week to let it reset so then I might see the milestone challenge?

Sadly no badge for me, im realy woundering what i did wrong i see friends with 8000 and 10000 badges and they got it automaticly never needed to post a screenshot or ask anything...

The Milestone banner belongs to the Test group, at the beginning of the feature some players were given the banner through an event and some players received the banner upon reaching Milestone. Gradually this feature is being given to more and more players so you too can be included in the banner feature in future.
This feature cannot be manually added to someone's game, so you may have to wait a little bit.
Although we do not currently have the latest information on feature distribution, we will let you know as soon as we receive any information.
Hello. One thing I can recommend is logging back in and out of your account. This has made the badge appear for me in the past.
