Hello @cesarrr61 adverts crashing the game has been an issue for over a year now, but unfortunately there is currently no fix for the issue. All you can do is avoid playing the adverts.
Personally I have found that the issue resolves itself after a week or so when the faulty advert is rotated out of the play list. Conversely this also means that the issue will reoccur when the faulty advert is rotated back into the play list.
The issue is supposedly under investigation, but as I said the issue is over a year old now.

So basically it sounds like the creators don’t care if we lose a life, our boosts, don’t get our next levels or lose everything when a game crashes even tho some of us spend a lot more money than we should for a GAME but it is something we enjoy playing that’s on us. But for the creators to not offer any compensation like a free life, some gold bars anything is very upsetting.
