You gladly took my money when I purchased gold bars in the shop but I cannot use them for any top ups etc this has been going on for over a week now

Try with Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the Gold Bars still cannt use, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.
what is the status of fix for purchase issues.

The game works fine on my tablet and phone. I only have problems with the desktop computer.
you have been showing the same post for several days question is when will this be fixed or will it ever be fixed.very frustrating trying to play and not being to purchase boosters/lives.I am a regular player and buyer. very very disappointed with candy crush.just think of how many players you may lose if this problem is not fix soon
When will this be resolved? Tried the troubleshooting and still no access to store or purchased coins.
This is 6 days now since the problem with the store started Is it ever going to be fixed or should I just quit altogether
I have the same problem on my computer. I tried to used 100 gold bars that I had on my tablets and I could use them there.
I would rather play on the computer but I can' t use my bars there. I wish someone would explain the problem.
