🌹 Bubble Trouble - Upgrade/ Sweetonium issue

We have discovered an issue in the Bubble Trouble event where the event gets stuck in the upgrades.
This means no upgrades or use of Sweetonium is possible for some players.
We are looking into this issue, but unsure if we can get it fixed by Sunday 27 March when the event ends.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will do our best to have the event working next time.

So I started the Bubble Trouble event and upgraded some of the items but now everything I click on says I must upgrade other items first. I cannot upgrade anything.
I have plenty of sweetonium but cannot spend it!

Daft question londonmama, but have you clicked on Tiffi to upgrade her? I am so used to seeing that figure I didn't realise that you have to upgrade Tiffi as well as the garden items.

My Bubble Trouble is not working either. It did at first and now it says I can’t upgrade anything. Help please? Thank you

Some players are complaining about this problem. I think it has already been reported, let's hope it works again. 😊

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes, I have clicked Tiffi. I've upgraded her and all the items once hut now when I click on anything it tells me I need to upgrade other items first. So annoying!!
