At this point in time with everything going bad. It would be nice. How about F5? Anything encouraging with that?

Wondered if anyone could help me. I currently have 67 points in my watering can. But I can’t use them. Every time I click on a item it says (transform the other objects to unlock a sweet upgrade) but everything I tap it says the same thing. I keep getting reminders to use my points but can’t work out what I’m doing wrong

The issue has been going on since 2020. That must be the strangest use of the word 'soon' that I have ever seen.
@londonmama Yes, I have clicked Tiffi. I've upgraded her and all the items once
Thanks Londonmama, I thought I would check as this style event cause a bit of confusion when it was first introduced.
I am sorry to say that it looks like you are suffering from the King's normal ineptitude. That is, they were informed of this issue the last time this feature was available, but from your post (and others) it is clear they chose not to resolve the issue.

Hello @sammy3081 you aren't doing anything wrong there is probably something wrong with your event.
You can try signing out of your game, restarting your device and signing back into your game as a method of fixing the issue as this sometimes works to resolve minor issues.
You can also try clearing your app cache if you play on android. If you play on a PC try clearing you browsing history.
I would guess though based on past problems that your issue won't be fixable by anything you can do, and it will probably not get resolved by King in the time that the event has left.
It should also be noted that one other issue that occurred was that people (and I was guilty of this the first time around) did not realise that they had to upgrade Tiffi.

This 'error' is not temporary, it's been stuck like this for over a week. I have logged out, restarted the app, even restarted my phone but it still tells me I need to upgrade other items and I can't upgrade anything!

I am having the same problem. Frustrating. I’m accumulating points but can’t use them. Seems like a lot of things going haywire this month. 🤷🏼♀️
