How to report a bug?

I have found a small bug in the game. Where do i post its details? i have already sent an email.. but dint get much of a response

Hi @alebaek, you might get a faster answer if you start a brand new message because it might get lost here. Would you mind posting a new support message and giving a bit more details like what did you need to clear it and also did you get a message saying that the level wasn't completed?

Our Community Manager @Cezdiamond just notified me that level 559 has been fixed. Here are her exact words:

“Hey Everyone! This should be fixed now, once you collect the first two cherries you will then see the rest :-) “

I’d like you to please try troubleshooting now. First please clear out the history on your game. Then please follow any of the links below to do some troubleshooting. Even though it’s been updated on their end, you still have to troubleshoot with the browsers and/or devices to clear out the old so that you can bring in the new. Also Please make sure that you have the latest version of the game.

Please read the thread. I can have a 100% clear shot to the chocolate and it the striped does not remove it. BUT sometimes it does. If there is something in front of the striped ... it will usually work then. Something is not right with this.

Every time I reach a level, the Build-a-Bot screen appears, and I can't close it to move on. I have to reboot Candy Crush Saga every time. Is anyone else finding this problem? After spending a fair amount on this game over the last year or more, I'd really like reassurance from a REAL technician that someone was looking into it. I don't mind having to reinstall the game, but I'll lose my progress that has built up over many months of blissfully squandered hours with Candy Crush ! Thanks for reading this.

I’ve got the level 4208 infinite loop shown by kenoben too. Just when I was going to finish the level 😒.

Hi @zannite, thank you for posting here. The best solution would for you to report it as a brand new message and either attach print screens or a video showing what's going on. Make sure to mention the level and where you were playing it - mobile or computer?

Jau trešdien nav iespējams normāli spēlēt konfektes. Var nospēlēt 1 reizi vai 3-4 minūtes un tad izmet ārā. Esmu 4258 par un problēma spēlējot datorā,
