Why is my avatar/picture blank?

Hi guys!
If you still have an issue with your or your friend's avatars not showing up in the game, please make sure you have the app updated first.
Then try with disconnecting the game from Facebook. Force close/ stop the app and restart the device.
Open the game and reconnect to your Facebook account.
If this doesn't help, please let us know and also post a screenshot of the game and issue so we can take a closer look at this.

It's still sometimes the picture shows up.
And sometimes not.
Please solve the problem for the race and challenges

Have you also tried turning off the device? I can see my friends' avatar again.

Are the avatars back too?

@Tess92 @Amoonmoon was always at top of friends list, alphabetical order, then she went to bottom after Z. Then went back up next day down. This happened 3 or 4 times but has been on bottom for about a week.
