hello ! you are not alone... I have the same problem... I am at 5097 level , till last week, I was receiving lives from friends ( connected to FB ) , but after an update, now my envelope is always empty... it seems no one sending me lives, but this is not true, because one of them is my mother , and when she sends me the live, I do NOT receive it. So, there is something wrong on the game, or CC is doing this on purpose, because we receive the lives from friends, not purchasing with money ?!?!?!

I am at 5097 level and using the game on my mobile phone; till last week, I was be able to receive lives from friends ( connected to FB ) , but after an update on the game, now my envelope is always empty... it seems no one sending me lives, but this is not true, because one of my friends is my mother , and when she sends me the live, I do NOT receive it. I have delete and re-uplaod the game on my phone, but nothing worked out. So, there is something wrong on the game, or CC is doing this on purpose, because we receive the lives from friends, not purchasing with money ?!?!?! I see same problems raising here- when will you be looking into this issue ?

I play when I can. I send out lives and I used to receive lives back. All of a sudden there's a limit on how many lives I can have saved...why? I save my lives up as I travel a lot and don't always have WiFi so I use my saved lives on long journeys not anymore. And since the limit I have now used all my lives but don't seem to be receiving them when I know my friends have sent them. Feel like deleting the whole game. Why change something that was working🤬
