I’m receiving requests and sending lives. But receiving none for weeks. What is the issue.

The so-called limit on lives each day is a myth over the last 10 days I have received nothing before this I was averaging 50 to 100 from my friends and in the last 12 hours I have sent 27 lives to the same player and 17 to another player again no limit for them only for some of us

The issue is @kimgae81 that anyone that has more lives than they are allowed to store will not receive any new lives until the quantity they have available for use is less than their storage limit.
If when you check your requests it says something like 150/100 then this means that you have more lives (150) than you are allowed to store (100). You will only receive new lives once your available total falls below the 100 in this example.
The other issue is that some people see 0/100 when they check their Requests. This shouldn't be the case as any number less than the 100 means you should receive at least your limit. We have been told that this issue is being investigated.
Please note that if your limit is 0/30 then this means you can only receive three lives in a day.

At the beginning of last week I had 297 lives in my mailbox showed 150 limit I guess that’s what it is and the next day every life was gone in my mailbox is still showing 50 limit and not a single life has been received but I’ve given out hundreds

Unfortunately i have 0/150 lives and have not received any for weeks. I continue to receive requests for lives. And send lives.

We know there is a CAP now. You're not listening to what everybody saying. Since you made this GREEDY move we are not receiving our lives nor our friends receiving. You keep sending the same message of new CAP. You have messed up everybody's inbox and you have taken the fun out of this game.. We want our unlimited lives back...

Hi @snshine123 if I understand correctly you had 297/150 lives. So yes, this would stop you receiving any new lives.
It now sounds like your requests stands at 0/50. As I am sure you are aware this means you should be receiving five lives a day. If you aren't receiving your five lives then unfortunately this does seem to be an issue that a lot of people are suffering from. We have been told that the issue of zero lives is being investigated by King, but I couldn't say for sure this is the case as the cut and paste nature of the official replies make them hard to take seriously.

I don’t like having my lives limited at all. I used to have tons of lives and give tons to friends also. Now I have 1 every 20 minutes . I don’t know what is going on ? Took the fun right out of playing that’s for sure. I suppose they want us to spend money for them . Hope they change this so called limit of lives situation soon!😡
