💌 Lives inbox capacity limit

Not receiving any further lives from friends?

What are the numbers in your inbox referring to?

Does the mailbox and lives sent per day have a limit now?

Candy Crush Saga has now a capacity limit of lives in the game.

You can verify your max limit by touching the mailbox icon and going to the Lives tab.

The number of friends asking for more lives is displayed to the left. Your stored lives/ inbox capacity are shown to the right.

If you have reached your peak you won’t receive more lives until there is some space in your inbox.

Any lives previously saved won’t be lost though, therefore your inbox can show more lives than the inbox limit.

As soon as you played and used lives so you are under the limit, you can receive new lives sent from friends again.

The amount of Lives sent from friends do also have a daily limit.

If you have reached the maximum amount of Lives from friends for the day, you cannot receive any further Lives until the next day.

I have loved this game and have spent a lot of money, however with this limit on lives snd some of the other changes, this game is no longer fun. It’s only about spending more and more money.

as much as I love this I will no longer play. I played this years ago and it started changing and you couldn’t really play it get anywhere without spending money.

hopefully things will change, but for now I am done

I too I'm still sending lives every time I co e on to play ,I will continue to do this hopefully King will get something sorted out, I am not receiving any life but will still send life to everyone of my friends

I have a live cap on 50, get a message that I can max at 100. On a lucky day I get 2 lives despite many people giving me multiple lives. The message says I can get 10 a day. This is a lie!! Candy Crush needs to get this right.

PROOF***This is so confusing and annoying. This definitely doesn't add up. What they say and we we actually are dealing with are 2 DIFFERENT THINGS please this boycott and DoNot spend real money on this game. Playing time has declined tremendously.

Aaaargh - I finally accumulated 29 lives but upon restarting my computer - THEY WERE ALL GONE!!! I've had it with this game - I have loved it for so many years but this is just madness. PLEASE allow us to be friends with our friends again and give and take lives for one another's pleasure.

The entire thing makes no sense unless it’s a scheme to get us to pay for lives I haven’t received a life in 12 days I normally receive a minimum of 50 and I give out far more than that- I got a pop up saying that my mailbox had been expanded to 10 lives per day and my now limit was 100 but it still shows 50 nothing changes the game has lost outlets fun for me I give up

@nursiepooh Hi! I tried doing the same. There's 3 ways to send lives and 2 ways to request. But from before i think even if you check all and request once you go to the profile icon and search friends it wont say you had send it before it just allows you to send it. The level friends on the bottom of a level i tried doing the same that you did and i noticed it still mark a green light if i already send live to that person. Of course if you send lives under that level icon with friends you wont be able to send again until im not sure when 😂 i just wait till its clear again asking lives. But i did notice there's been not only glitches but lagging in the game im not sure if anyone else has the same issue.

I dont feel that it is fair to limit lives that can be sent to your inbox. Why change the limit?

Im playing on mobile iOS looks like might have to go in and request from each friend not the check all list and request not sure

Interesting based on your information I went into my ask friends list to ask for lives did a check all and request

Then I went to a level to see if the green check mark was there but it wasn’t

Then I went to the friends and looked and it did not show any lives

I hit send and request and it now shows a green check mark in the level for a life

Pls do not say sorry, you can't help it that the game is going down... none of the players is the cause of this mess.

I continue to send lives daily (15) to all on my list plus extra 5 to those requesting hoping that some will arrive at destination.

I can't receive lives for now because I am still above the 100 limited lives I did save up, so no worries. For now I only use those I got every 30min (5) but having practicaly no boosters and no gold, I play without and am still stuck on my level, once in a while I manage to pass one lol but am not going to buy anything.

@spoekie Hi! Thank you for all the lives you send me since we been friends its been very helpful. I hope i send as much as you send me prior to this. Unfortunately since this whole mess i have not receive not even close to the number of lives you use to send me. I send a lot of lives to you in all 3 methods to send lives like i use to but from Alienscar and I conversation i don't think none of us receiving even half of the lives we swap. Im sorry about all this because you are in my top friends to make sure when i can even after the 3 methods to still find a way to send you lives through out the day since i receive so much help from you all. This has been such a mess but i will continue sending lives to the ones who do manage to come through my inbox. Again thank you!

Hi @Alienscar, @Lady_Hazel and all concerned. My name is Viviane.

You are both on my friends list and followed the issues of limited lives. I also received that stuffed mailbox.

I send every day 15/29 lives to all on my list, did sent few min ago 5 lives to all +1 to those who requested lives, they were 6 to asks.

It's s frustating not to know who does receive the sended lives and who doesn't.

What is the point of having a lot of friends if you are now limiting lives sent and lives asked for?....it seems like you will be downsizing your own game players and interactions, making the game even more boring than you already recently have. People binge play and need lives to remain interested in the game. The savvy ones use the time saving gimmick to get lives anyway... so what is the point of this limit. ??
