This is as frustrating as the black screen! Lost lives, boosters, bars and wonder balls!!! You have countless advertisements please get rid of this garbage ad it is ruining the game

The “Strawberry Shortcake “ ad freezes my screen and then I must restart my phone ( dozens of times). I hope I am not doing damage to my phone! I lose lives, lose time, lose extra lives, lose rewards… it is so frustrating! I am unable to even play! I am letting down my partner to free the bear. Never have I felt so frustrated! Please fix this!!

My Wife continues to get strawberry shortcake ad and it just locks up the game so she loses where she is, and can’t go back to game! Any fixes for this? Anybody?

Candy crush saga hangs after Strawberry shortcake commercial
I've tried multiple logins and power shutdown/restart and the problem still occurs!
iPhone OS: iOS 15.6.1
And I see multiple players' complaints about the same issue and didn't find any resolution!
Can someone help the community having this issues?

The Strawberry Shortcake ad is also shutting me down. With so many affected, shouldn’t this have been addressed by now? It should be pulled.

I can get out of the ad by clicking the top left button, then choosing “Report Ad.” It let’s me pick an option then when I continue it will close the ad. Won’t give me a booster or alternative but at least I don’t have to force quit the app. Hope that helps people!
