I don't have a screenshot but when I signed out I was in 1st place in cauldron challenge and when I logged back in I was at zero.๐ญ This happened to me in last challenge too.

Hard to believe less than 3 years ago I had well over 200 friends that played Candy Crush, and as of yesterday, I am now the only one still playing, as everyone has quit! I think the time has come where I join them in quitting the game as well, as the game simply isn't fun anymore, as the game has become all about the mighty dollar!

Hi @Kerrie obviously I can't say for sure as I don't work for King, but my best guess is that your issue is somehow connected to the temporary disappearance of the Chocolate Box.
I say this because something similar to your issue happened to me as well.
I was in second place in the Cauldron Challenge until the Chocolate Box disappeared. When it reappeared I was in sixth place and had lost over 10,000 points.
I would guess King had a server issue that resulted in them restarting a server that then resulted in a certain amount of memory being deleted.

I don't get it. King found time to redesign the game today (start-up loading sequence, etc.) and add some new vault event that's dependent on passing new levels--yet nothing's been done about the faulty scoring mechanism that's been present for a week now. ๐๏ธ
@QueenB Please tell King that anyone with a brain won't be playing new levels until King fixes their mistakes.
This is shaping up to be an abysmal anniversary...
