This took me to a computer and I’ve done this 3 times now. They answer with lost lives and boosters. I received zero help.
Usually gold bars are saved to a King account (email address). Have you recently changed devices?

Gold bars should be backed up as your game progresses, so make sure the game app is connected to the correct email if you have more than one.
If you believe the game is connected to the correct account, then get back to us here with your Game ID, and I'll ask Player Support to have a look at it 😉

It’s been 3 days and I still haven’t heard anything or received all of my lost bars. My game id is janet208. Please help.
Good luck with that, I've been requesting help all week for the same problem and no response. I lost over 400. All I get is the same automated emails asking "how are we doing?" . It's ridiculous. I need the bars to advance during the hard levels. I'm thinking it had something to do with switching to the new format.
What levels are you at, guys?
Do you have King accounts? Have you tried logging in on another device?
Damn give us back our hold bars
