Non ho più messaggi video per avere vite o booster. Come mai?

This is a garbage response and you know it. Some people have had these ads and boosters for literally years while other people have never had them.

Have to say the 'promotional features' reply above is not convincing at all.

I've started playing other games that are enjoyable, and that don't encourage you to compete with others. I enjoyed the competition, but now it's no fun, because it's no longer a level playing field. King.com has gotten over confident in its player base. Games should be fun and relaxing, not aggravating.

I've not been getting ads for weeks now what's happening I can't complete hard levels. I've played this game for years and it's frustrating me now please help

Lost my ads recently too. Makes it Impossible to compete in Episode Race and can take days to clear some levels.
I have abandoned Candy now for other games. I just check back here occasionally to see if there is any news of ads returning

I made one purchase and ever since they, I stopped getting the ad options to help pass levels and boosters. Please get it back to me or help with what I can do..

How am I Able to watch ads during playing the Candy Crush Saga, to get more Lives & Boosters..? :(

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.
