Wow. You all make it seem so easy! Thank you for all your input. I have bookmarked this to refer back to it for what I'm sure will be many many times. You know, I've read almost everything around here at some point and I think I'm an intelligent person,but for some reason I just can't find my way back! And thanks to you all, I should have more gameplay time as opposed to being lost and not found. Oh, and contrary to popular belief, I'm not new; I've been around for quite some time. At least I won't be going in circles anymore! I hope🤔.

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
